Scott is the President of C-Store Realty, Inc., a niche real estate company specializing exclusively in the sale of gas stations and convenience stores throughout California and Washington.  Having specialized in the sale of retail petroleum properties since 1996, C-Store has sold and leased over 675 stations, including a portfolio of 200 ConocoPhillips gas stations located in California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington and Oregon. C-Store works with all major oil companies, including, but not limited to, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, ExxonMobil, and British Petroleum


Scott graduated from the University of Southern California and is a licensed real estate broker in both California and Washington.  Currently, Scott is working with 7-Eleven, Inc., as they expand throughout the West Coast, buying and leasing stations to convert existing brands to 7-Eleven stores and fuel stations.
